2 ads only showing in a 4 ad block.

Any reason for this?

For the past few weeks or so only 2 ads have been showing in the 4 ad, medium rectangle ads on my site... I have to refresh like 5 times or go to different pages on the site to get 4 ads to finally show up. Does anyone else get this or know why its happening?

Google are trying new ways to Increase your CTR, sometimes less ads = more clicks.
