Right folks, here is my story:

living in UK, working 9-5 boring job, and in my speare time I've made a website and placed adsence. First months income was peanuts, and expected peanuts, so didnt bother to think about TAX and so on. When registering for adsense I was asked if I have anything to do with usa - answer was 'no' (server in UK, UK bank account and so on) - so no tax deduction.

Now my earnings close to $1000 a month, and were growing up every month, account setup that way that money goes straight to my UK bank - QUESTION is what to do?!?!

I think I have to pay tax, so what way would best? (life holds but two certainties, death and taxes..)

to set up ltd company? or just to tell taxman about income from google and they would work out how much to charge?

Any ideas and tips?

the best advice is to see an accountant. As with legal advice we are not professionals and following advice received here may cause you more trouble.

See an accountant, they have all the answers you need and understand the repercussions of all the possibilities.
