When to include adsense?

Ok I'm quite new to this adsense thing.

I write/edit/program/design a widget review site. I do it not to make money (although it would be nice) but more as a resource for widget fans.

Now I have been speaking to a couple of friends and we have decided to write a site about quite a well documented product that is not out yet. The site design is done and we have 30 pages of content.

What I did with my review site was to get a good collection of reviews and then add to them over a 6 month period. Now I have put adsense on.

With the new site should we go with adsense from the off? Or wait like I did before?

I guess as soon as you have a fair amount of traffic.
