automatic loading of pages (Not Clicks)

TOS says

Any method that artificially generates clicks or impressions is strictly prohibited

I was using a website called siteprobe.com to monitor my website for any downtime.so it goto my website every 15 minutes and tell me if its down.
I am not sure if it count as impressions on google database but if it then is it allowed by TOS?
There is no Clicks involved however.
I am sure many big websites will be using such software to handle downtimes.

If you have to specify a page to check, just use one without Adsense on it. From when I've seen these type of services in the past, they don't tend to run the javascript - all they need is the response header.
