Ads with misleading titles and descriptions

These days I am noticing ads with misleading titles and description, like 'Funny Videos' going to a 'make money at home' website..

This used to not happen before, does google not check ads before putting them up? I guess this is because of the new adwords changes.

Any of you noticing the same behaviour? I contacted google about it and am waiting for their reply..

Yes, You can note the url and block it for your account.

yeh i been seeing these too, ppl using arbitrage

it sickens , it will cheapen adsense (even though it is profitable)

yesterday i noticed one on my site with telephone and fax number. never seen that before..

and certainly not the type of ads i want to be displayed.
i wonder how this kind of ads pass the cpc and quality check. hit and run entry?
