Adsense Down?

Adsense is down for me on the west coast at 9:07 local time. Anyone else?

<added>As soon as I hit submit, the Adsense page loaded on the other window. Still running slow though.

Its a major update, I am in India and getting 502 Error even on Google.com search, Also, sites are NOT Displaying (the three I checked including mine) any adsense advertisment.
