Multiple Media bot requests

Hi,

[hope I'm in the right forum]

Yesterday I finaly altered my site to be DB driven with friendly urls. I think something is causing Mediabot some issues as I have requests such as:

66.249.66.231 - - [16/Aug/2005:19:28:43 -0500] "GET /great/page/name HTTP/1.1" 200 6793 "-" "Mediapartners-Google/2.1"
66.249.66.231 - - [16/Aug/2005:19:28:44 -0500] "GET /great/page/name HTTP/1.1" 200 6793 "-" "Mediapartners-Google/2.1"
66.249.66.231 - - [16/Aug/2005:19:28:44 -0500] "GET /great/page/name HTTP/1.1" 200 6793 "-" "Mediapartners-Google/2.1"

I have 2 ad blocks on the pages so 2 requests might make sense but often it's 4 requests.

Any ideas what I might be doing wrong to have caused this? Sorry it's so vague but I don't really want mediabot to eat all my bandwidth and am a bit stumped,

New pages/page names cause this -

For every page AdSense is displayed on MediaBot will pay it a visit.

Brace yourself for a LOT of Mediabot visits ;)

Thanks incrediBILL, I'll stop worrying about my headers and just enjoy the attention. It's all in a good cause :o)
