Using a free hits traffic program

Does AdSense have a problem with this?

I know a dude that just signed up with an auto surf company and invested money in it. He put his site as the site that earns credits. so he'll get some trafic from it.

Is this against google's TOS? There is no asking for clicks or anything, Just people surfing to this site.

It's a worthless venture.

Think of it this way.... you have to surf sites to earn the credits.... right?! Did you click on any ads whilst doing so?

You want targeted visitors, not other webmasters just breezing through so that they can get a free untargeted visit in return.

On top of that - if these untargeted visitors are in a high enough volume, they might even trigger smart pricing to kick in and knock the CPC of your ads down a peg.

This is ESPECIALLY true if your website is not geared towards anything that a "webmaster" would find interesting.
