Welcome to webmasterworld. You can use the Adwords tool to see how much different keywords are likely to cost you. It also has a suggestion feature for related keywords.

Some keywords can be much more, some much less.

Your question indicates that you plan to chase these keywords.

This leads me to suspect either:

a) You want to make pages for these high paying terms, promote them energetically, work hard, and build rankings in these (very competitive) SERPS. In the long term, with a lot of hard work and heartache it is likely to pay off. You're going to learn that high paying keywords are already full of pages by webmasters with a lot more experience with advertising, SEO, and Adsense than you.

b) You will throw up a repeated list of these keywords with adsense next to it. You and your friends will then click them. You've figured out that $1 a click multiplied by 30 clicks a minute is $1800 an hour. You're also going to be thrown out of Google, all your income confiscated, and you are probably going to be sued. Don't take this route.

Personally, instead of creating another 100 pages about 'high=paying-keyword' - look for something which is hard to find out about online. Find a niche and dominate it. You'll be able to get a large slice of stable traffic, with a lot of clicks at a lower rate, instead of a tiny slice of a competitive ever-changing market at a high payout.
