My adsl connection is actually working with dynamic IP. Is this a problem regarding adsense? Does Google takes a different look to those with dynamic IPs?

It doesn't matter if you check your stats from a computer with a fixed IP address, or dynamic. I have periods with a length of some months where I use a fixed IP address alternated with periods of about the same length where I only use dial-in numbers with dynamically allocated IPs. No difference whatsoever in eCPM or response from Google when I communicate with them.
