I just wonder, how do you experience communication with Google? So far, if I have a question, they answer it politely and fast. When I make an accidental click and I apologize, they accept. When I have a problem, they help me out. Is it an understatement to say not all of us have the same experience?
I generally get slow, boilerplate answers from G, but occasionally I get extremely good, detailed, personal, on-the-mark replies. I guess that's what you have to expect with an large stratified customer-response team that is fending off the 99% of "I'm not making any money from AdSense: do I need to build a Web site with HTML?" dumb queries that they must get.
