Thanks

There are many, but I wouldn't recommend building sites around topics just because they pay highly.
One, you're not sure you will get the high paying ads for that good keyword.
Two, you're not sure the topic will stay a high paying topic.
And three, perhaps the most important, sites that are build specifacally for adsense on topics that actually don't interest the webmaster normally don't do well, because you need to know something about the topic to make good content and people tend to have way more motivation when they build sites with content that actually interests them. and way less persistence when they build sites only for the money(certainly when that money doesn't comes)

There it goes again .... (Pun Intended)

The highest paid topic I know of is 'igloo construction'. Next to it is - 'deep sea shrub breakfast'.

Also, if someone makes a site on "how to brush your teeth early morning, before checking adsense" will be a millionaire in a month. U bet!

There are hundreds of sites offering such keyword advices. But are you an expert on them? ALso, these suggestions are purely based on individual experiences and there is no data to back up such advices.

Built a site about what you know best, and thats the only way to earn right and grow with AdSense.

s*x, drugs, gambling related words are almost all highly paid. But, as advised earlier it's a fool's game to chase highly paid words if you're starting a new site. It's better to get paid 10,000x.$0.10 than to get 5 x $50.

Almost everything pays high as long as you can get enough traffic.

#*$!xxpp hit it on the head when when he stated that you need to create a site in which you have some expertise and have an interest. If you don't, you simply will be unable to create and maintain good content.

If you don't, the site will simply not have the staying power. I have seen it time and time again in my niche over the last 5 years.

For example, if you check the Google search results for mesothelioma (one highly rated keyword), not a single one of the top 20 sites runs AdSense. It simply means that anyone who develops a mesiothelioma website simply for AdSense is unlikely to be successful because they simply do not have the expertise to develop a great site.

I'm with Sobrique, tired of these posts. Play around with different keywords and you will find the high paying ones, as I did.

No, it means that Google pays virtually nothing on AdSense for mesothelioma... despite what you might think if you look at what people pay on Adwords for mesothelioma.

lol. The more of these posts I read, I just have to laugh.

Better off checking actual websites and seeing if the topic you want to create a site around, isn't already done! Check that first, then you know whether it's worth the hassle, money and effort involved. #*$!xxpp is correct - you must ensure that what ever you do, has tons of interesting content. But! it has to be the RIGHT type of content, and NOT any old related stuff that can be copied anywhere.

If you don't do this, whatever you create is going to be naff. And people don't revisit rehashed content/made for adsense sites.

I think you can get pretty good EPC for:

'High Paying PPC Keywords'

But it's going to cost you a bomb. The more popular the keyword, the higher the cost.
