Earler, I had only converted my older sites to suit AdSense.

On August 1, I started a brand new site, new two-word domain in my niche area.

The site ( technically ) is based on a custom developed CMS suitable for AdSense built by me, using php, mysql. The admin features a rich text editor for article entry and it becomes so easy after that.

No scraping methods were used in this.

I added 10 to 15 articles a day by now. ( today I have 150 articles in all ).

Submitted the site in search engines ( Google, MSN, Yahoo and a few other free submissions )

Google hasnt yet picked up the site, but MSN picked it up on day 3 and has nor regularly spidered the site.

To boost traffic, I used Overture 10 cent for about 200 keywords, with a budget of $5 per day only, for first 5 days only. I stopped Overture on 6th Day.

I posted the link to mynew site in my three older sites, out of which 1 is very popular in the same niche.

Today with only 629 unique visitors in these 10 days, 11th Morning . - $100 ( $101 till now) ...

I feel nice. The site is still not in google search, I guess that will take time.

Is your new site hosted by a different company and did you use different contact info when registering your new domain?

I used my standard registration data and it is hosted on the same server, same IP.

( The content of my sites, inspite of beign in same niche, is different . first site is about red widgets and new is about blue widgets )

Interesting that you posted this! I too am very close to launching a new site that takes everything I've learned in the last 10 years (and lots of tidbits from webmasterworld) into account. I was also going to do a progress diary of sorts here. Guess I was beaten to the punch :)
