I want to know what number of adblocks are best to place on a single page .. 1,2 or 3 .

The problem with multiple ad blocks on the page is that unless they get clicks, the overall site/page ctr is very low. This may affect what smartpricing decides your site/clicks are worth.
My rule is to have a channel on each block, and monitor them closely. If they get the clicks they stay, if they don't they go.
