I am curious about this. If I have one account on my name and want to open another, can this be the wayout?

It isn't actually, as long as you have permission from Google and the owner of the site, adsense code from two different accounts can be used on the same page.
But I don't think that was what chikung was asking.
If you mean is a way to have two accounts opening one in your name and one in your company name, I would say...it depends.
If you have multiple sites, some of which belong to a company for which you work or are involved with and some to you as an individual, with different bank accounts, addresses and so on, then there is an obvious split and two accounts should be ok, though I think it would be best to run this by Google first.
If you are wanting two accounts, one in your name, one in a company name but essentially both owned by you as an individaul and primarily as a kind of insurance against Google banning one, I think you would be in danger od having both banned as it is clearly against the TOS, if not in letter then in spirit.
Jenstar mentioned in this tread at message#6 [webmasterworld.com] that there are cases where Google closes both personal and company accounts when they are related.

Of course it's possible. They would not know. There are people with same first + last name in any city. But, why would you need 2 accounts? Oh I know.... cheating...
