AdWords advertisers are seeking for real customers who wish buy products and services. Accidental clicks will not help them at all.
We should not forget how we get paid. We get paid from our valued AdWords advertisers. So we have to deliver value to them and keep them in the AdWords program.
There will always be a few that try to push the limits or try to get a short term windfall instead of playing it clean for the long term gain.
More than a few, unfortunately.
