Also, make sure you are using the destination URL in your filter list, which may be different from the URL displayed in the ad or the URL of the final page you end up on when you click on an ad.
You may already know this, but you can find instructions for determining the destination URL on:

My single most busiest page is showing ads for Augers... I have SEO'd the page as much as I can without compromising the content of the page, in an attempt to get rid of this ad without filtering it.
Finally I gave in and added it to my filter list (it's the only one on my filter list). I have used the preview tool, and it has the same URL as the ad lists. I have blocked it as "domain.com" along with a very specific, case sensitive url (the exact url as seen in the ad link).
No luck thus far. The ad persists - and it won't go away, and needless to say - there's not a large market for Auger attachments (especially on a non-related site)
