Usually, how much is good?

By working a little bit with Adwords ad suggestion, its advising me to pay 2.80 CPC in some keyword, 7.50 for some other, 0.80 for othe one...and so on.
I know for sure that google is going to pay much less than that to adsense users.
But my question is, in that suggestion tool which ammount would be considered as a high paying keyword, and which ammount would be a low paying one?
