Google Adword Results All Completely Out Of Whack

Hello to all.

I am new to this board and I hope I don't embarass myself too much with my question but maybe someone can help me.

I noticed that the results on many of my products keywords are appearing on keywords I am not even bidding on and I DO NOT USE broadmatch. The same situation for my competitors.

For example. Type in Cortislim on Google and you will see ads for other people's OFFICIAL SITE advertising their products like Propolene.

I know for a fact Propolene is not bidding on their keyword.

Now type in Propolene and you will see Cortislim OFFICIAL Site ad on their keyword.

I am using these as examples but the results are screwed up for such things as Xenadrine, Hydroxycut, Trim Spa, etc. There are hundreds of competitors ads appearing on other people's keywords with non-relevant ads. These ads would only make sense if a person were to type in that persons product.

Do you think this is just a load balancing issue with my ISP that is showing ads incorrectly? It makes absolutely no sense. This strange situation with Google PPC results started to occur last night. I thought it would be corrected today but it has not. My ads are showing up on keywords that I don't bid on and I don't have broadmatched.

Any feedback would be GREATLY appreciated.

Thank you!

I don't know, but you should tell google so they don't charge you for ads that were displayed on keywords you didn't want to advertise on. Might get expensive . .

are you talking about adwords or adsense? - it sounds like adwords to me in which case you are posting inthe wrong forum...

you might get a quicker answer in the adwords forum - it could be that i am just not understanding your post.. :o
