So if I understand you correctly, you want to set up pages for placing Adsense ads on them, and you want to attract high paing keywords?
Basically you will have to create pages where the content is targeting the keywords. You should have them in the Title, the header (<h1>, <h2>, etc) and in the copy.
you mean that if i want a keyword "casino" then i have to write it in Title, header, and also in heading h1, h2. what if i just write it only in Heading i mean::::::
<h1> casino </h1>.... and what u mean by the "copy"?
You should edit your post, as discussing specifics are against the TOS [webmasterworld.com].
You should also take a closer look at the AdSense terms, policies and FAQ, and you will see that is actually prohibited in the AdSense policies.
Site may not include:Excessive profanity
Hate, violence, racial intolerance, or advocate against any individual, group, or organization
Hacking/cracking content
Illicit drugs and drug paraphernalia
Pornography, adult, or mature content
Gambling or casino-related content
Excessive advertising
Pop-ups that interfere with site navigation or are for downloads
[google.com...]
So if you were to use that kind of content, you could get a warning from AdSense, or even get your site suspended for it.
Don't try to cheat the system. :)
What Heini said about the title tags and having them sprinkled in your content is just good Search Engine Optimization, which is good advice even if you are not an adsense publisher.
I think there should be a balance between the use of keywords and writing good articles or information. Where this balance is depends on each author. The #1 goal should be to make the article good enough for the reader to achieve the desired action, which could range from:
- Making them buy something.
- Making them subscribe.
- Convince them about something.
- Or even just to satisfy your personal ego (guess which one is me)
Thanks alot to all of you friends, i was just want to know that how can i set keywords to site to

My guess:
Nobody has bought ads for the topics of your pages, and Google is trying to serve the next best thing.
The same thing could happen with any site: If I had a site about American presidents and Google couldn't find an ad for a page about Grover Cleveland, it might run an ad for a biography of Bill Clinton or George Bush instead.
