Had extensive email exchanges from Adsense

For over 2 months, i was voilating TOS.

The changes i made then was to display kanoodle ads, when adsense ads doesn't appear. This sounds like a reasonable thing.
But unfortunately, i voilated TOS, where i had more than 1 ad unit. There is a high probability that kanoodle and adsense ads may appear simulataneously on same page.

After emailing them, they said it is voilation of TOS.
They even consider Kontera's text links as competitor ads (any contextual ads are adsense competitors).

I can have all these ads on my website, but not side by side on any page. This is what adsense told me.

I just exchanged my experience, in case there is anybody like me.

I have untill monday to comply with TOS.

Thanks for letting us know. It's nice from them that they gave you time to undo your mistake (probably because you asked them before they found out).

According to new Adsense TOS, you can't have any cotextual ads on the same site, not only on the same page.

Nope,
I have clearly asked them and they said very clearly, that you can have them but not on the same page.

I have even showed them the individual pages.
