This has happened numerous times in the past, often in relation to upgrades/updates happening within AdSense or AdWords. Adwords just launched their broad match [webmasterworld.com] today, so it is likely something to do with that.
Google has never lost any clicks, and even when stats aren't displayed/updated, they still continue serving ads and recording clicks and $. I am not seeing any problems with AdSense being served at all right now.
If your account is suspended, you wouldn't even be able to get as far as seeing "no data available" so you don't need to worry about that being the reason why you are not seeing today's stats ;)
In much shorter words, don't worry about it, and check your stats again in a few hours when everything will likely be back to normal.
Right now it is still updating yesterday's clicks and impressions with nothing to show for today.
As Jenstar noted - the stats are just running a bit late. No need to worry.
I see this most mornings, sometimes its still showing yesterdays results, and not even moved onto the new day.
(I live in Europe GMT +1 that also might have something to do to with the delayed stats for the new day! )
But it all pops up later in the morning, and i do believe all is still being calculated and your loosing nothing.
