Adsense for Search or Site Search with Adsense

Which performs best?

I was wondering if any of you had an opinion on whether Adsense for Search as your 'search box' or your own internal site search with an Adsense skyscraper performs better?

I can see an advantage in using an internal search as the user clicking a result will go to another of your pages, with another chance to click your adsense.

I use internal search for the simple fact that for any given day, week or month not all of my pages might be indexed by Google.
