My sites until now have been entertainment based (guitar tabs), so my CPC and eCPM have been rather low. I recently built a new site that is travel focused and getting a good deal of traffic. Given the "better" subject matter and some better placement of the ads, my CPC and eCPM are rising quickly. Yesterday was my biggest day *ever* and today is looking like it will blow yesterday away.
From what I can tell, it's all legitmate traffic, as we've been mentioned in a number of large blogs. The CTR is higher than normal as well, but not excessive. It's almost twice as high as in the past, but still barely in the single digits.
My concern now is that Google will see this rapid rise in CTR and $$ and kick me out. Should I contact them now just to let them know what's going on? Thoughts?

A single-digit CTR isn't cause for worry, in my opinion. Not compared to the 89% CTR one of my channels had yesterday! (See the recent thread about click fraud.) Remember, a PageRank update just happened, so what you're seeing could be a natural increase due to better positioning of your site in search engine result pages.
