Adsense and Text links, do they work together?

I have an E-zine in which people can post their thoughts etc..... one way we make money is having many text links in each article, e.g "We recommend AMAZON for this dvd"

And of course clicking the word "AMAZON" would result in being taking to the site with our unique affiliate id. Now my question is this.... If we have an article with lets say 10 affiliate TEXT links, and then we add 1 google adsense block above the article, will google be ok with this?

The text links will be not be from googles competititors, as they are NOT pay per click, so i imagine they will be ok with it, but perhaps they will just see it as 11 affiliate links on one page?

Your thoughts please gents.

Hi deano, this is allowed and very common.

You can have as many affiliate text links and banners as you want - just as long as there is some other content on the page (which you have already confirmed to be the case). Go for it...

AdSense works fine on affiliate pages, as long as there's actual content on the pages.
