I am redesigning my entire site and would love to use an inline frame on my pages that would have the main content in that frame with a scroll bar and the page would have a dynamic template attached to it.

Now will it work and be inline with TOS? (I understand that I would check the framed box when getting the ad code) and does the ad need to go on the framed section or the main section or can it be both?

Any input or advice would be greatly appreciated.

FWIW - Using an inline frame might totally destroy your adsense targeting.

I don't really understand what the benefit for you is, and it seems that an inline scroll bar would be bad for the user.

For what iframe?

<div style=top:50;left:50;width:600;height:400;overflow:auto;position:absolut>

This makes an area to scroll where most people would think hat this are frames or this would be an iframe

</div>

Well... my site has a whole bunch of images and video (4T.B. monthly). I usually limmit each page to 10 videos with their descriptions. Thought it would be nice to have those in the framed section. That way all of my ads would always be visable. At least that was my thought.

Roadkill –

You are welcome to use frames with AdSense. However, there are a few important things to remember in order to receive targeted ads.

First, you will need to select the 'Framed pages' checkbox when generating your AdSense code. Then, you will need to paste the AdSense code in the same frame as the primary content of your site in order to receive targeted Google ads.

Thanks AA

Thats what I thought, that the ad would have to be in the frame of the content. But I read somewhere that the ad is suppose to be on the main page not the frame. I was just concerned, I have no wish to violate the TOS.

Thanks.
