I have one website with a domain of greater than 30 characters and adsense doesn't like it. So I listed the IP address in there. Is there going to be a problem with me listing the IP address? It did accept it... but will I get monetary credit for it?

Just a follow up, I *am* getting $$ off of the IP address listing, so it must work. Beyond me why they limit the characters to 30 something.

Adsense suggestion was to use rename it under the custom channels. I'm still unsure how the custom channels work... how do they know which domain to track except that it goes by what domain it's on. ?

A little consfused but like I said the IP address is working just fine.

This is definitely a bug and should be reported to G as such. According to the DNS RFC, domain names can be up to 255 octets (bytes) long.
