I am new to this forum as a memeber, but I was reading your interesting posts for many months. Thank you for all the posts.
Now I need your help.
I found one of my Google Ads is showing without the "Ads by Google". I refreshed the page several times but the Ad is there without the "Ads by Google" part. There is no problem of the original script code.
What is the cause for it? (Google testing, Google bug or a threat from hackers/competitors)
Please help me out.
Thank you.

when google launched the "ads by gooooooogle" (as opposed to "ads by google"), it was rolled out in a very similar way.
i bet that removing that label would increase the CTR, especially because it would make many visitors unaware that the links were actual ads. so, from a financial perspective, it would make sense for them to remove it.
if it is a test, i openly welcome it. let the webmaster decide how to label the ads, if at all. publishers will make more money, google will make more money, and advertisers will get more clicks (although conversion rates may decline).
in any case 2fast, great find! we can only hope that it wasnt a bug, and that it gets rolled out for the rest of us.
The other point is that we use that link to feedback to Google - if they remove it they will lose a lot of feedback.
let the webmaster decide how to label the ads, if at all.
I'm thinking of a rather snappy line of "Click on the ads and make me rich!".
Wonder if they'd go with that or not.............
