Just How many Image Ads Are Reviewed?

I've had to weed out an Adworder...

Apologies if this has been discussed before however I couldn't find any reference to it.

Over the weekend an image adword appeared on some of my sites however the image quality was soooooo bad that I have had to disable it.

All it looks like is someone's logo which has been blown up too much and then over-optimised resulting in a totally blurred mess.

Honestly, the first time I saw it I thought I'd been hacked it was that bad and I've reported it through the Google feedback section.

Anyone else found such a messy one?

I had an image ad that on the image itself had the advertiser's url and the "ads by google". So when it was displayed, the url and the "ads by google" showed twice hehe

I reported it and actually never saw the ad again...

I believe the images are supposed to be approved before they hit the content network. I have seen some fantastic images, but I have also seen some less-than-worthy ones as well.

I'd bet a nickel that they only look at content, not at quality of design.

Same thing with the text ads--they won't get dropped for being poorly written, but for violating the TOS.
