Uncontextual ads being served

I set my site up with AdSense over a month ago and the ads that Google served were perfect for my site and traffic - i was averaging about 20% CTR. Then two weeks ago the ads suddenly changed to be completely untopical. My CTR has dropped to about 0.5%. I re-optimised my pages but this didn't help at all.

Has anyone else seen this? Am I missing something obvious?

my eCPM, CTR and earnings down by 50 % from July 1st,
moreover from yesterday onwards uncontextual ads being served in my site, which is irrelavant,ultimately CTR and earnings down by 50 %.

But for my competitors contextual ads is running as usual.

Why this difference, ( i have plced adsense since june 2004 ), i expereince these un related ads from yesterday only.
