AdSense using sitemaps?

Hello, I tried to look around to see if anyone has discussed this before but didnt find much.

I have a site that has hundreds of thousands of pages, I get a lot of traffic and a lot of the pages are dynamic. Due to this, content changes made on the front page are only noticed by AdSense every few days, as I am guessing they have to finish a huge queue of pages on my site before they reindex my front page.

This is causing major problems as my front page has very little text content outside of news. If I don't write enough news in an update, three days later I'm getting PSA's for 3-4 days until it re-indexes me again.

Would making a sitemap giving my front page much higher priority over all of my other pages solve this problem or does adsense not take advantage of google's sitemaps yet?

Your problem is probably stemming from hodgepodge content [i call it BLOG effect] unless your site has a specific theme. If your site is thematic, then you need to reinforce the theme throughout the page as my site is 100% dynamic and I never ever get off topic ads on the home page.
