Need help: How to use alternative URL & which was the best Affiliate..

Hi, I am new in google adsense. I face several problem with adsense. If I use three (two targe rectangular and one text link) then most of time only one ad is shown and others were not visible. So I want to use alternative URL. Can I use other affiliate service along with adsense?

My site is about insurance. And I am using free hosting website. My site is viewed by only few people (I m trying to improve my site position). I think these are the problem......because most of the affiliate service provider may approve at least moderate rated sites and paid hosting website. So do any one know which may be the best affiliate service provider for my site?
