I sell widgets and have lots of pages of information about widgets on my site. My question is if i place adsense on the pages that just have information and they show my competitor ads will this decrease my sales? I would not place any adsense on my product pages just the information pages. About my competitors, most of them are selling similar widgets at similar prices with the only difference being the way they package the widgets. The reason i wont to place the adsense on the information pages on the site is because the site gets lots of visitors but conversion rates are very low do to the fact that everybody in this industry is selling similar widgets. Do you guys think i will be hurting my sales in the long run? And if i do place the adsense on my site, is their a way to do it tastfully for example, place a message above the ads saying something like ....?
