I run freelance web development job search site. Currently I am getting over 30,000 page views a month. I was wondering if i start using AdSense what kind of payback I can expect. How do I go about estimating this value? What are the components of the formula? Given my industry, what can i expect to get paid per click?
Thanks for any help!

On the one hand, the technical nature of your visitors will put them at a premium. However, one of the rules of the program is that they are not supposed to run on search results. A strict interpretation of the rules would leave your site unable to join. However, you might get a reviewer thinking a little different and get approved.
Even if you don't get the minimum, which it is very possible with 30,000 pageviews, you are guaranteed a check every year no matter what the amount is, and last time I checked we are only 2 months away from the end of the year. :)
Here is hoping that they don't decide to use the launch date as the anniversary for cutting the checks for the little guys.

Considering that some percent of views comes from robots, and considering that you will not have high CTR, I estimate that you would earn minimum 200 dollars a month. Don't ask me for equation I used for this calculation but 30000 page views a month is not a big amount....
