I am seeing a site with 5 ad blocks on a page - has the TOS changed? What is it exactly? The site is number one in 55 million results! I know we aren't supposed to give URLs, but just search for "<snip>" on Google and go to <snip> - You'll see what i mean.

Sorry about the URL.
Yes, I did. No reply from Google, and nothing has been done yet.. It's still showing 5 ad blocks.

This should be the perfect test of the new "Adsense spam report" feature. An evidently reported violater. And a clear case of a TOS violation. Please keep us posted, Adsense is either serious or not. If they won't even terminate this site from their program then it is pretty obvious that their new spam report feature is just a sham.

Maybe the site is a premium partenr, and as such has a different arrangement than most of us.

If so, there might not be any "violation" on the sites part.

You probably won't get much feedback from them over a weekend.

This should be the perfect test of the new "Adsense spam report" feature.

The poster didn't say anything about using the new Adsense Spam Report feature, so I'm not sure it would be a perfect test at all.

They try to get by...I see plenty of sites running Adsense AND tobacco, pharmaceuticals, etc. I can't spend time reporting all these folks. One of the Adsense team members told me my site is in compliance with the TOS, but that they PERIODICALLY CHECK the sites. I think maybe just before they send out large checks. A bunch on this forum were saying they were banned. I go slow and taking it easy. Not much money yet, but I sure don't want to run on the edge and possibly get banned. I can see the possibility for big earnings by staying within the TOS guidelines. Probably this describes most of us here.

Perhaps he isn't aware of the TOS, instead of trying to get him/her booted, why not be nieghborly and send him an email, giving him a heads up.

I'm not even sure Google will even serve up a 4th ad block per page, has anyone tried just to see?

Well, I stickied incrediBill the URL, and we seem to be in agreement over the fact that these guys are either getting special treatment, or are indeed violating the TOS. They have intellitext and Adsense on some pages together as well.

PM me if anyone wants to see what i am talking about.
