I own a blog <snip> and I would like to place the adds inside the posts, not on the side of the blog.

Do you know if it's possible? I have tried to copy/paste the code but it doesn't work

If it were me, I'd contact your blog host to see how to add html javescript code to a post. You could also check out other blogs who use the same service and see if they have AS in the posts. If so, contact them to see how they did it.

Please read the Terms of Service (http://www.webmasterworld.com/help.cgi?cat=tos) - you can't put your site URL your post, or that of your host either!
And in answer to your question, it depends on whether your host allows it (so contact them in the first instance).
