Same company's ad different networks...

adsense allows this?

Hi on Adsense say we sometimes see a text ad for COMPANY1. Not always, sometimes of course.

We are also planning on running ad for the same COMPANY1 using a different advertising company (this one is an IMAGE based CPC campaign).

Would adsense have any objection to this?

Yes, I had asked google about a similar situation.

They do now allow the direct or indirect ads for their own advertisers on the same page.

I had to take it down after checking with them
