Summer Variations in Adsense Earnings

Does Summer Have an Impact?

I am very new to Adsense and have a couple of questions.

1) Does the summer season have any general impact on your earnings and on your traffic? For example, does the summer have any impact on CTR rates, CPC rates, etc.?

2) Do you see a trend upward in these areas once the summer season ends in early September?

3) If there is a summer doldrum season, would you consider that it might last from mid June to early September (the peak holiday period)?

I know it might be difficult to isolate these issues from all the other things happening with the program, but I would certainly appreciate your comments.

There can be seasonal changes depending on your topic. I know my seasonal patterns and can see this reflected in AdSense earnings. Basically this is the same as variations in traffic.

But other things can affect AdSense earnings. There have been variations that seem to be from smart pricing changes but I think the big one is variations in how many good ads are available. If I'm getting a lot of appealing ads I get more clicks per impression. So apparently there are variations in how many advertizers are using AdWords.

Impact? I am despaired about the last 3 hot summer days.

Sunday before 9 days with much rain,
last Sunday with hot weather.

50% loose of earnings compared to the rainy sunday.

As I talked with somebody about this, he toled me

"I hope You will not perform a rain dance to correct the situation"
