Is this normal? It happens to me several times a month.
Do you get a significant number of clicks per day--say, over 100? If you have a small site, one or two click-happy visitors can skew your CTR very easily.
I see that you multiply page impressions by the first number, but what does the "^-" mean?
And I wanted to add another point--ad targeting can cause fluctuations too. CTR on my site varies by a factor of 3, and I chalk at least part of that up to fluctuations in the ad targeting. Some days are better than others.

- means minus
When You have a very small sample, it's natural that CTR changes much.
Think You would have only 1 impression per day.
In this case, You would have many days with 0% CTR and somd few days with 100% CTR
