Starting Adwords for Someone else site

Hi there,

I have a question. My sister is in USA she is having a site with adsense on it.

She wants to start Adwords campaign for her site. Can I do it for her. I am in different country. She is in USA.

is it against the TOS of google to start the Adwords for others site even if they are fully authorizing.

If you mean you are going to open an adwords account and use it to drive traffic to your sisters website that is fine - I guess so long as the website falls within Google's guidelines.
