I am 99.9% sure, but just to make sure how would I get a definitive answer?

Ask Google or wait for them to tell you. When I first started Adsense, they emailed me twice about minor violations(I didn't ask), and they gave me time to fix the problems. The violations were on obscure pages of mine(not the original domain name) so I'm assuming they do at least some regular checking.

Another time, I wanted to do something that was against TOS, depending on how much you take the TOS at face value. So I asked the Google Team(using the contact us link when you log in) and I was given permission. Turns out, I was looking at the TOS too technically.
