<snip standard AdSense disabled email>
I have responded to them, with the response saying there is no hope or being re-enabled. I have sent another response in, in hopes of a explanation atleast. I don't see how things could of gone wrong, but I had almost $150 in my account from slightly over a month of use, and never got my PIN, so I couldn't get a check. I used the ads over several websites which I manage and own, and also used the search bar on my personal and clients portal pages. Yes, I used my own google search and when I was looking at buying computer parts, which I do all the time, I do click the newegg.com ads, who wouldn't its a good place to buy from, which I buy stuff there at least once a week.
I have no clue what to do now, if they don't re-enable my account. What did I do wrong? I am considering small claims court, or looking into a class action lawysuit since, they provide NO information on why the account was terminated in the first place.
Should I look into alternatives?
Please advise?

[edit reason] No email quotes as per TOS, thanks! [/edit]
I agree and if my account were cancelled I wouldn't be whining, I'd figure I deserved it cause I didn't pay attention to the rules.
I have trouble feeling sympathy toward any publisher who has clicked on his own ads (except for the rare and truly accidental click). Any publisher who's enrolled in the AdSense network must know, or certainly should know, that advertisers pay by the click. When a publisher knows that and still clicks on his site's "Ads by Google," it doesn't matter if he's just thoughtless or if he's intentionally committing fraud: Either way, he's cheating advertisers, and Google has no choice but to terminate his account.
Well said EFV!
And people ask me why I usually avoid forums :-)
i have found that the forums on WW are very different to those found elsewhere. yes, you have to do tons of reading, and there is tons of fluff, but every once in awhile, you come across a nugget, that makes a huge difference.
i think most long-time members here will agree, that one of the reasons that they spend so much time here, is that they continue to learn things that add to their success on the internet. i for one can say with certainty, that tips i learned on WW have turned into big money.
i apologize for posting off topic.

I have trouble feeling sympathy for them because they ruin it for the rest of us legitimate publishers who are making good money out of the program. The poster of this thread is the main reason why advertisers switch off content!
Maybe WW should start requiring people who apply for admission into this forum an affidavit that states they have read the Adsense TOS and understood it. No affidavit, no membership!
I think that is an *excellent* idea, moneyraker.
However I would miss getting to read my favorite types of posts to read (ie: I clicked my own ads and got banned). Honestly, they make the best entertainment here.
And I'm an AdWords advertiser even! How sick is that?
