What tools or techniques do you use to prevent from bann?

I thinking about some techniques that can keep me in the game and prevent my site from Adsense Bann. Do you use some technique which really works for you? Or is there any software out there that can do this? I thinking about to show ads only for those people who clicked on ads max. 2 times within 24 hours.

Just use the program as it is intended and you are unlikely to have any problems.

Problem is that there can be some other person who can use our sites for "click gaming". What to do then?

That's the job of Google.

With all the software tools available and with around 700 clicks a day, I would not have any time for new articles watching all this clicks and thinking how valid they are.

Would I watch all this clicks and all available data and think much about it, I would go after 2 month into the insane asylum.

Adhere to the TOS. If you feel that you are the victim if click fraud, report it to Google.

My site has about 120.000 pages with about 7500 different products on them, so I run thousands of different adsense banners. This is why it is very strange for me.

You also say your CTR is 2.1%, and a CPM of around $3

It would seem to me with that size of site and traffic, then you should not be worried about gangs of click artists trying to get you banned.
