The last two days have seen some stange things...

My traffic has doubled. My impressions have almost tripled and my clicks have doubled or tripled but my imcone has stayed the same...

looks as if keywords prices are way down....any idea on why this might happen?

Does having more adds per page affect this in anyway?
Does having more articles on the same topics have any affect?

What do you mean your traffic has doubled and your impressions have tripled? Where are you gathering these stats from? Adsense? How do you define traffic if not impressions?

I get the traffic stats from my hosting....add stats from google.
Still the cpc has gone way down

Well, you should be careful about confusing things with your hosting stats and Adsense stats. They are very very different. Bots or other sources might have caused your traffic to spike without increasing Adsense impressions.

So you've got the same income. And maybe CPC dropped a little.

Unless you present a more compelling case that something actually happened, it sounds like the usual ups and downs (or staying the same) of everyday Adsense publishing.
