What will happen if a publisher surf his site through [a proxy server] and clicks on his/her AdSense Ads? How G will detect?

I am sure there is a way G will detect this. so please NEVER try this. But I want to know, what will happen in this case.

There are thousands of proxies Megaproxy ips are known but it's just a drop in the bucket

Google guys also work with patterns of clicks and it become very difficult us to judge how they are tracking, but they can it by statistical analysis.

Google uses fairly sophisticated JavaScript browser identification. If you don't load JavaScript, you won't see an ad in the first place. Google has access to a significant amount of information on your machine:

1) Your resolution
2) Your color depth
3) Your window size
4) The number of MIME types supported by your browser
5) If you support Java
6) The browser you use
7) The operating system
8) The referer

Even if you use 3 browsers and tons of proxies, you would have a difficult time changing all of those around enough to appear legitimate. Judging from the question you asked, it would probably be impossible for you.

I've been banned for other people clicking on my ads, and it sucks. I probably have the resources necessary to defraud google; however, even without my ethical constraints, I would not risk such an important source of income to me.

If I were Google, I'd just block (or flag) clicks from all known anonymous proxies.

If I saw a bunch of such clicks on one site from one proxy, I'd be pretty sure something was going on and suspend the account pending investigation.

I presume you're searching for a way to cheat Google. My advice is don't, or you'll probably get what's coming to you (i.e. you'll be booted off).

No btas2, I am not trying to cheat G. I am very much ethical and respect them and their TOS.

If you were Google, you could have verified this.

As you are not Google, You won't beleive this I know.

Not reliably. Javascript is client side. This information can and will be manipulated by whoever is cheating professionally.
