i have crossed 100$ mark two weeks back but i still didn't get my cheque for May, i have choosen the 25$ fast delivery and in the payment processing page i haven't got any message of payment in progress etc

May earnings are sent at the end of June...

Also note that it is Secured Delivery, not Fast Delivery -- in fact, many people receive their regular checks before the Secured Delivery recipients do...

Publishers have just received checks, or EFT, for April earnings. May earnings won't be sent out until the end of June. Since you didn't reach the $100 minimum until the middle of May your payment will be sent the end of June.
