Hi when I see "Ads by Google" instead of the more common "Ads by Goooooogle" does that mean the site where this appears is a Adsense premier publisher? Why the difference?

It's just Google testing different formats.

It's just Google (Or should I say Gooooooogle?) trying to Brand their self, they switch it around from "Ads by Google" to "Ads by Gooooooogle" all the time, it doesn't mean anything.

It's more for variety's sake than anything. It grabbed my attention the first time I saw it, and I think that's the idea.

While it might seem odd to publishers who seem them all the time, for someone not used to the unusual display I'd think it would be an eye-catcher.
