Bourbon, traffic loss and AdSense

I was waiting to see how consistent the trend was before posting anything.

Bourbon halved the traffic on my largest website and the AdSense revenue it generates is adversely affected. Curiously, the AS revenue is not similarly halved.

The CTR has increased since my site left the SERPs. Dramatically, and consistently over the past few days.

Perhaps people coming to my site from other pages are more motivated to find me, perhaps they are more likely to really be interested in my niche topic, as compared to visitors coming from searches.

Anyone else sees this?

Essentially zero visitors from G.

Probably 90% of all visitors paid for thru Adwords.

EPC,CTR,CPM at near all time highs probably due to the adwords visitor's propensity to click ads.

Ad spend to Revenue ratio down to 1 to 3, used to be 1 to 5. Actually, I don't understand how it is working at all - someone clicks on an adword ad somewhere and costs me a dime and comes to my site and clicks and I get 75cents. I don't think this will last for long :(

sailor, it will last. I make back my investment plus about 1/3 of what I spent in profit with the same structure. probably will break even come time though
