After changing formats till Adsense optimized

I changed the block sizes I have running on my site yesterday and today my CTR is terrible.

I checked and found that many of the ad's were general in nature. How long until adsense reoptimizes?

Is it normal to see a dip then a cooresponding increase in CTR after changing format?

I was thinking of waiting 4 days to and evaluate it then...

I saw few threads talking about how great adlinks are. I tried yesterday for one day but did not find my earnings increased. Although CTR increased, but not my earnings. You know the feeling, when you are earning constant amount, and suddenly your earnings declined. It hurts me. :>

Should i wait for few more days? I have tried adlinks since it is first introduced but to no success. Is adlink changed now? Are they performing better?

AdLinks clicks pay less than ad clicks, so you should be careful to implement AdLinks in places where they will not detract from clicks on ad blocks, and should be cautious about replacing a successful ad block with AdLinks. Use channels, watch the stats, and make sure the changes work for your site.

i replaced 5 pages ad blocks (mainly 336x280s) with adlinks earnings dropped like a rock, ctr went up by about 12% earnings dropped over a 5 day period by 32% so, it doesnt work on all sites, but I tried it
