in a page? There are no texts nor banners in a page but just all java script links that when someone clicks the link, it goes straight to that company's site.
Also, without texts and banners in the page, can you put 3 ad units in this page.

If it is just javascript with no content, the media bot won't have anything to target since it can't read javascript.

As part of Adsense you are required to conform with Google's webmaster guidelines [google.com] which start by stating that you need to "Make a site with a clear hierarchy and text links". So, to answer your question directly, it is not illegal but it's not approved by Google i.e. strictly speaking you can't put any Adsense ads on. But, hey, you could go ahead and try, you may get away with it. Or not.
